E-Houses & Portable Cabins in Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Dahej

Bharuch district is Gujarat's chemical heartland. We build E-Houses, control rooms, operator cabins, site offices and labour camps for the plants of Ankleshwar, Panoli, Jhagadia and Dahej.

Bharuch, Ankleshwar & Dahej

Few districts in India hold as much process industry as Bharuch. Ankleshwar GIDC, established decades ago, is one of Asia's best-known chemical estates, and Panoli and Jhagadia extend it with pharmaceutical, agrochemical and speciality chemical plants. Across the Narmada, Dahej has grown into a petrochemical and chemical investment region with an SEZ, liquid and LNG terminals, and some of the largest process plants in the country.

This is enterprise territory. New plants and expansions need prefabricated substations, PCC and MCC rooms, analyser and control rooms, and operator cabins, often to a demanding specification. EPC contractors building them need well-equipped site offices, labour camps for large workforces, and security and toilet cabins at every gate.

Bharuch lies on the national highway north of Surat, a manageable road journey from our factory in Umbergaon. E-Houses leave the workshop finished, with cable entries, ventilation and lifting points built around your layout, so on-site work is limited to the foundation, the lift and the connections.

Applications

Built for the climate

Specified for Bharuch.

Hot semi-arid summers, a strong monsoon and, at Dahej, coastal air and wind off the Gulf of Khambhat.

  1. 01Specify a thicker PUF roof and wall panels to manage summer heat and reduce cooling loads.
  2. 02At Dahej and other coastal sites, use galvanised frames, PPGI skins and sealed stainless fixings.
  3. 03Raise the plinth and plan drainage around the foundation — black cotton soil holds water in the monsoon.
  4. 04For E-Houses in chemical plants, specify the hazardous-area and pressurisation requirements your project needs.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can you build an E-House for a chemical plant in Dahej or Ankleshwar?

Yes. We engineer E-Houses around your panel layout and the standards your project specifies, including provisions for pressurisation, fire detection and HVAC where required. Our E-House specification guide explains what to include in your enquiry.

How are large E-Houses transported to Bharuch?

By road on trailers suited to the module's size and weight. Very wide or heavy modules may need route surveys and permits, so we plan transport alongside the design.

Do you supply labour camps for EPC projects in Dahej?

Yes. We build bunk houses, toilet and bathing blocks, canteens, site offices and security cabins that can be installed as a complete camp. Share your headcount and layout and we will propose a plan.

What does the site need to receive a cabin or E-House?

A prepared foundation to our drawing, a clear approach for the trailer, and space for the crane to set up. Your site team should confirm permits for lifting inside the plant.
