PUF Panel Cabins

Crafted with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels, these cabins offer superior insulation and energy efficiency.
PUF Panel Cabins

Overview

Polyurethane foam sandwiched between pre-coated steel skins delivers exceptional thermal performance for its weight. PUF panel cabins are the choice for temperature-controlled environments — from cold rooms to comfortable, energy-efficient workspaces.

Why it works

Built around how you’ll use it.

  • 01

    Superior insulation

High-density PUF core offers excellent thermal resistance, keeping interiors stable against outside temperature.

  • 02

    Energy efficient

Lower heat gain means smaller cooling loads and lower running costs over the life of the cabin.

  • 03

    Lightweight strength

Sandwich construction is rigid yet light — faster erection and easier transport.

  • 04

    Hygienic surfaces

Smooth pre-painted steel skins are easy to clean — suitable for food, pharma and cold storage.

Configurations

Sized to the brief.

  • Insulated office or security cabin

A PUF panel cabin with window, door, lighting and AC point — cool in summer and quick to install. Common as a guard room at gates or a small office on a factory floor.

  • Toilet and washroom cabins

PUF panel toilet blocks with WC, urinal and wash-basin units, internal plumbing and exhaust, ready to connect to the site's water supply and drainage or a septic tank.

  • Cold rooms and temperature-controlled stores

Thicker PUF panels with sealed joints, insulated floor and cold-room door, sized around the refrigeration system you specify for food, pharma or agricultural storage.

  • Labour accommodation and multi-room blocks

Rows of PUF panel rooms on a steel frame for bunk houses, rest rooms and canteens, where insulation makes a real difference to comfort through an Indian summer.

  • Panel thickness to suit the use

Typically 40–100 mm, chosen for the job: thinner panels for offices and guard rooms, thicker panels where interiors must hold low temperatures.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is a PUF panel?

A PUF panel is a sandwich of rigid polyurethane foam bonded between two pre-coated steel sheets. The foam gives high thermal resistance for its thickness and the skins make the panel rigid, weatherproof and easy to clean.

Which panel thickness should we choose?

For offices, guard rooms and accommodation, thinner panels at the lower end of the 40–100 mm range are usual. Cold rooms need thicker panels chosen around the target temperature. We recommend a thickness once we know the use.

Do PUF cabins get hot in summer?

Much less than uninsulated steel or sheet cabins. The foam core slows heat gain through the walls and roof, which keeps interiors cooler and reduces air-conditioning load.

Can a PUF cabin be relocated?

Yes. Cabins built as complete units on a steel base can be lifted and moved; larger panel-built structures can be dismantled at the joints and re-erected.

Can you supply a PUF toilet cabin with plumbing?

Yes. Toilet cabins are supplied with sanitaryware, internal plumbing and exhaust, with inlet and outlet points ready for your site connections. The number of seats and the layout are agreed per project.
