Overview

Manufacturing and process plants keep changing: a new line needs a control room, a crane needs an operator cabin, an expansion needs a PCC room, and the gate needs a time office. Building each of these in masonry inside an operating plant means wet work, dust, scaffolding and weeks of disruption around live equipment.

Prefabricated structures avoid most of that. A control room or operator cabin is built at our factory, delivered by road and lifted into place — on a floor, a mezzanine, a platform or directly onto equipment. Operator cabins are engineered around the machine they serve, with toughened or impact-resistant glazing, thermal and acoustic lining, and AC or ventilation provisions. E-Houses house PCC and MCC panels close to the loads they feed.

Plants in estates across Gujarat and Maharashtra — and beyond — also need the everyday buildings: plant offices, time offices, canteens, stores and security cabins. We plan these to the same specification so the site looks and performs as one.

Questions, answered.

Can an operator cabin be mounted on existing equipment?

Yes. Operator cabins can be fixed on a floor or platform, or mounted on cranes and machinery. We design the cabin and its mounting around the equipment drawings and the operator's working position.

How do you reduce noise in a control room?

Thermal and acoustic lining in the walls and roof, sealed glazing and well-fitted doors reduce the noise reaching the operator. Share the noise conditions on the floor and we will design the lining accordingly.

Can a control room be installed inside a running plant?

Usually, yes. The room is built at our factory and delivered in modules sized for access, so installation involves lifting and connection rather than construction.

What glazing is used in operator cabins?

Toughened or impact-resistant glass, chosen for the hazards in the area. Tell us the conditions — heat, flying debris, chemical exposure — and we will specify accordingly.

Do you supply plants outside Gujarat?

Yes. We manufacture in Umbergaon, close to the Vapi, Daman and Silvassa industrial belt, and deliver across India by road.
