Portable Cabins, E-Houses & Site Offices in Gujarat

Our factory sits in GIDC Umbergaon, at the southern edge of Gujarat. From here we build site offices, labour camps, operator cabins and E-Houses for the state's industrial belts, and deliver them by road.

Gujarat

Gujarat is one of India's most industrialised states, and much of that industry runs along a single spine: the chemical and engineering belt that follows the national highway from Vapi through Surat, Bharuch and Vadodara to Ahmedabad. Beyond it lie the ports and refineries of the Kutch and Saurashtra coasts, the automotive cluster around Sanand, and some of the largest renewable-energy parks in the country.

Every one of those places needs structures that go up quickly and do their job without fuss. Contractors need site offices, security cabins, toilet blocks and labour accommodation from the first week of a project. Plant owners and EPC companies need operator cabins, control rooms and prefabricated substations — E-Houses — that arrive with cable entries, ventilation and lifting points already in place.

Because we build in Gujarat, most of the state is within a manageable road journey of our workshop. Modules are finished and checked in the factory, then travel by truck to your site, where a crane sets them on a prepared foundation. We work to the drawings, standards and approvals your project specifies, and we plan transport around your site's access and schedule.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you deliver portable cabins across Gujarat?

Yes. Everything is built at our factory in GIDC Umbergaon and delivered by road, so any site in Gujarat with truck and crane access can be served. Share your location early and we will plan the route and the lift with you.

Can you supply E-Houses for plants in the Gujarat chemical belt?

Yes. We build E-Houses around your panel layout, with cable entries, ventilation or HVAC provisions, lighting and earthing designed in. Tell us the standards and hazardous-area requirements your project specifies and we will engineer the enclosure to suit.

What should we plan for the monsoon in south Gujarat?

South Gujarat receives heavy rain from June to September. A raised plinth, a properly sloped roof and sealed joints matter most, and it helps to have foundations ready before the rains so installation is not delayed. We can advise on detailing for your site.

Do we need approvals for a temporary cabin on our plant site?

It depends on the site, the use and how long the structure will stay. Inside an industrial estate, the estate authority and your own safety team usually set the rules. We can provide drawings and specifications to support whatever approvals your site requires.
