Junagadh is an old city beneath Girnar, now reached by a ropeway, and the gateway to Gir. Around Sasan and the Devaliya interpretation zone, lodges, resorts and farm stays host visitors who come for lion safaris, and the Talala belt beyond is known for Kesar mango orchards. To the south, Somnath and the Veraval coast add pilgrims and a fishing port.
Building near Gir needs care. Land around the protected area falls within an eco-sensitive zone, where tourism construction is regulated — typically limiting the built-up share of a plot and its height, and requiring forest department clearance. Prefabrication suits this setting: cottages and lodge buildings arrive largely finished, installation is short and quiet, foundations can be light pedestals rather than heavy concrete, and structures can be designed to be dismantled.
From Umbergaon, Junagadh is a long road journey through Ahmedabad and Rajkot, and Sasan lies further south on smaller roads. Farm and forest-edge plots rarely allow a large trailer to the door, so we plan module sizes and crane access with you, or deliver a light gauge steel frame for assembly on site.

Often, within the rules. Land near the park falls in an eco-sensitive zone where tourism construction is regulated and forest department clearance is needed. Your architect or consultant should confirm what the plot allows; we provide drawings and specifications to support the application.
Why use prefabrication for a lodge near Sasan?
Most of the work happens in our factory, so time on site is short, noise and wet work are limited, and foundations can be light. Structures can also be designed to be dismantled and moved.
How do you deliver to forest-edge and farm plots?
By road through Ahmedabad and Rajkot, then on smaller roads. Where a large trailer cannot reach the plot, we use smaller modules or deliver an LGS frame for assembly on site.
When should installation be planned?
Between October and May. The park closes for the monsoon and farm roads turn soft, so the monsoon is best used for factory work while the site waits.
