Portable Cabins & E-Houses in Hyderabad and Telangana

Telangana is Hyderabad and a great deal more: pharma and life-science clusters, aerospace parks, data centres, and the coal and power towns of the Godavari valley. We build site offices, sales galleries, E-Houses and labour camps for all of them.

Telangana

Hyderabad dominates Telangana's economy. Its western IT corridor and Financial District are still building towers; Genome Valley, Pashamylaram and Jeedimetla make it one of India's largest pharma and life-science centres; Adibatla and the airport zone host aerospace and precision engineering; and a new planned city is taking shape to the south. Around the city, housing projects and data centres keep contractors busy all year.

Beyond Hyderabad, the state has an industrial belt that rarely makes the headlines. Ramagundam and the Godavari valley coalfields anchor thermal power, fertiliser and mining; the Kaleshwaram irrigation project spans the north; Warangal is developing a mega textile park and a railway manufacturing unit. These sites need operator cabins, control rooms, E-Houses and site accommodation built for heat and dust.

Telangana is reached from our factory in Umbergaon by road, through Pune and Solapur along NH65 to Hyderabad, then onward to Warangal or Karimnagar. The Deccan summer is hot and dry, so we recommend thicker insulated roofs and shaded glazing, and we plan vehicle, route and lift with you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you deliver portable cabins to Hyderabad and Telangana?

Yes. Everything is built at our factory in Umbergaon and delivered by road, usually along NH65 through Pune and Solapur. Sites across Telangana with truck and crane access can be served; we plan the route and lift with you.

Can you build E-Houses for pharma plants around Hyderabad?

Yes. We build E-Houses and electrical rooms around your panel layout, with cable entries, ventilation or HVAC provisions, lighting and earthing designed in. Tell us the standards and any hazardous-area classification your plant applies.

What should we plan for in the Telangana summer?

April and May are very hot across the state, especially around Ramagundam. A thicker PUF roof, insulated walls, shaded glazing and properly sized AC keep cabins usable. The June–September monsoon is moderate, but plinths and roof drainage still matter.

Are approvals needed for a sales gallery or site office in Hyderabad?

Temporary structures on a project site are usually covered by the project's own permissions, and industrial estates have their own rules. Your architect or compliance team should confirm. We provide drawings and specifications to support any application.
