From brief to handover

A calmer way to build.

Prefabrication moves most of the work off-site and into our factory. The result is a shorter, more predictable path from first conversation to a finished, functional space.
  • Parallel

Factory fabrication runs while your site is prepared.

  • Controlled

Built indoors, under consistent quality checks.

  • Predictable

Fewer variables on site means fewer surprises.

  • Ready

Handed over finished, wired and usable.

  1. Stage 01

    Consult

We start with your site, your use and your timeline. A short discovery call turns needs into a brief.

  2. Stage 02

    Design

Layouts, elevations and specifications are drawn and refined with you — materials, sizes, finishes and services.

  3. Stage 03

    Fabricate

Our Umbergaon manufacturing unit builds the structure under controlled conditions while your site is prepared in parallel.

  4. Stage 04

    Deliver

Finished modules leave the factory with most of the work already resolved, transported by road across India.

  5. Stage 05

    Install

Cabins are craned into place, connected and handed over — ready to use.

Inside the factory

Watch a cabin assemble.

Scroll through the eight fabrication moves that turn a steel chassis into a finished, ready-to-use cabin.

  1. 01

    Base chassis

A welded ISMC steel base frame with cross-members and cement-board flooring — the foundation that lets the whole cabin be lifted and moved.

  2. 02

    Corner posts

Load-bearing steel posts rise from the chassis, carrying the roof and giving the structure its rigidity.

  3. 03

    Roof frame

Purlins and roof members are welded to the posts, closing the skeleton and setting the rain-water slope.

    Welded purlins

  4. 04

    Insulated walls

PUF sandwich panels lock into the frame — superior insulation against heat, sound and moisture.

    50 – 100 mm PUF panels

  5. 05

    Façade & glazing

Windows and a steel door are framed in, bringing in daylight and cross-ventilation.

    Aluminium / UPVC windows

  6. 06

    Roof cladding

Colour-coated profile sheets seal the top — weatherproof for monsoon and summer alike.

  7. 07

    Services & interiors
