Construction site cabins — the whole site, delivered as one package

A construction site needs more than one cabin. We plan the office, store, gate, washrooms and accommodation together, so the site works from the day the first module lands.

Overview

Every project begins with a bare plot and a list of things that must exist before work can start: a place for the project team to meet and keep drawings, a lockable store for cement and tools, a gate cabin for security, washrooms for the workforce and, on larger jobs, somewhere for labour to live. Ordered one at a time from different suppliers, these arrive at different times, in different finishes, with different electrical standards.

We treat the site set-up as a single brief. Portable office cabins, container cabins, PUF and Aerocon panel structures are planned together — sized for the team, laid out around access roads and material movement, and wired to a common specification. Everything is built at our factory in Umbergaon, Gujarat, and delivered by road.

Because the cabins sit on steel base frames, they lift off at the end of the project and move to the next one. Over twenty years and 100+ clients, that reuse has been the quiet advantage of a well-specified porta cabin: the site office you buy for this job is often the one you open the next job with.

What we supply

Configured for the job.

  • Site office cabins

Single-room or multi-module offices with an engineer's cabin, meeting table, drawing storage and AC points. Double-storey layouts are possible where plot space is tight.

Container stores or panel-built godowns with racking, wide doors and ventilation, sized around what needs to be kept dry and locked.

  • Security and gate cabins

Compact guard cabins with glazing on the approach side, a desk and a register shelf, placed at the site entrance.

  • Toilet and washroom blocks

Gents' and ladies' blocks with WCs, urinals and wash basins, plumbed for connection to site water and drainage.

  • Labour accommodation

Bunk houses, mess halls and utility blocks for the workforce, built from Aerocon or PUF panels on a steel frame.

  • Bulk storage

Standard and high-cube shipping containers for equipment and bulk materials that simply need a secure, weather-tight shell.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does a typical construction site set-up include?

Most sites need a site office, a store room, a security cabin at the gate and toilet blocks. Larger or remote projects add labour accommodation, a mess and a first-aid room. We can help you size each one around your team and programme.

What preparation does the site need before the cabins arrive?

A level, compacted base — usually plinth blocks or a simple PCC bed — plus clear access for the truck and crane. Water, drainage and a power supply point should be planned in advance so the cabins can be connected once placed.

Can the cabins move to our next project?

Yes. Office and container cabins are built on steel base frames with lifting provisions, so they can be craned onto a trailer and moved as whole units. Panel-built structures can be dismantled and re-erected.

Do you supply outside Gujarat?

We manufacture in Umbergaon, on the Gujarat–Maharashtra border, and deliver across India by road. Route and access are planned for each site.

How do we get a proposal?

Share the site location, team size, the cabins you need and your start date. We will come back with a layout and specification for discussion.
