Portable Cabins & Site Offices in Bilaspur and Sipat
Bilaspur
Bilaspur is the administrative and railway centre of northern Chhattisgarh, home to a railway zone headquarters and the state's High Court. Its industrial areas at Sirgitti, Tifra and Silpahari hold food processing, fertiliser, chemical, plastics and engineering units, and the city is the gateway to the coal and power districts of Korba to the north-east.
North-east of the city, the large thermal power station at Sipat is one of the biggest in the region, and it brings a steady flow of maintenance and expansion work. Railway projects — new lines, doubling, yards and workshops — add further demand. Contractors on these jobs need site offices, stores, security cabins, toilet blocks and labour camps, and power and industrial clients need control rooms and E-Houses.
Bilaspur is reached from Umbergaon by road along the Surat–Nagpur–Raipur highway and then north from Raipur. We finish modules in the factory and plan vehicle size, route and the crane lift at your site. Summers are fierce and the monsoon is heavy, so insulation and roof detailing both matter.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you deliver portable cabins to Bilaspur?
Yes. We deliver by road from our factory in Umbergaon, along the Surat–Nagpur–Raipur highway and north from Raipur. We plan vehicle size, route and timing with you before dispatch.
Can you supply site camps for railway projects?
Yes. We supply site offices, stores, toilet blocks, security cabins and bunk houses for railway contractors, and can design them to be moved along the work front.
When should installation be planned?
The dry months from October to May are easiest for foundations and crane work. The monsoon can slow site work considerably, so it helps to have foundations ready before mid-June.
Are approvals needed for temporary cabins on railway or power-station land?
On railway or power-station land, the owner's own rules and permits govern temporary structures. Your contract team should confirm the requirements. We provide drawings and specifications to support approvals.
