Korba is built on coal. Gevra and Kusmunda are among the largest opencast coal mines in the world, and together with Dipka they produce the bulk of the district's output. Around the mines stand several large thermal power stations and an aluminium smelter with its own captive power plant, and the Hasdeo river and Hasdeo Bango reservoir supply water to the whole complex.
Mining and power on this scale need a constant supply of robust structures. Mines need operator cabins, rest shelters, site offices and stores that can move with the work; power stations need control rooms, E-Houses and substation enclosures; and every overhaul or expansion brings contractors who need labour camps, toilet blocks and security cabins. Dust, heat and heavy use are the norm.
Korba is reached from Umbergaon by road along the Surat–Nagpur–Raipur highway and then north through Bilaspur. We finish and test modules in the factory and plan vehicle size, route, mine-area entry permits and the lift at your site. For remote locations inside large leases, smaller modules or flat-packed panel systems assembled on site can be the practical choice.

Can you deliver portable cabins to Korba?
Yes. We deliver by road from our factory in Umbergaon, along the Surat–Nagpur–Raipur highway and north through Bilaspur. We plan vehicle size, route and any mine-entry permits with you during design.
Can cabins be relocated as mining moves?
Yes. Cabins and camp modules can be built on skids or with lifting points so they can be moved by crane or trailer. Tell us how often you expect to move them and we will design the base and connections for it.
Do you build control rooms and E-Houses for power stations?
Yes. We build control rooms, E-Houses and substation enclosures around your panel layout, with cable entries, dust sealing and ventilation or HVAC provisions, to the standards your project specifies.
What approvals apply inside a mining lease?
Structures inside a mine or plant boundary are governed by the operator's safety rules and the permissions that apply to the lease. Your safety team should confirm. We provide drawings and specifications to support the process.
