Porta Cabin Manufacturer Supplying Mumbai & Thane

The Mumbai region never stops building. We supply site offices, sales galleries, labour camps, security and toilet cabins, and E-Houses for its metro lines, towers, ports and plants, delivered by road from Umbergaon.

Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane

Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai form one of the busiest construction markets in the world. Metro lines, coastal roads, sea links and the new airport at Navi Mumbai sit alongside a constant stream of residential towers and redevelopment projects. Around them, Thane–Belapur, Taloja and the Bhiwandi warehousing belt hold industry and logistics, and the port at Nhava Sheva handles a large share of India's container traffic.

Every one of those projects needs structures. Infrastructure contractors need site offices, labour camps, toilet blocks and security cabins that meet demanding client standards. Developers need sales galleries and sample flats that present the project well from the first day of marketing. Utilities and plants need E-Houses and control rooms for new electrical capacity, often on tight urban plots.

Our factory in Umbergaon is a road journey up the western coast from the city. Urban delivery takes planning: heavy vehicles face entry timings, and many sites have limited room for a crane. We plan the vehicle, route, timing and lift with you, so the module arrives when the site can take it.

Applications

Built for the climate

Specified for Mumbai.

Coastal and humid all year, with a very heavy monsoon from June to September and salt air near the shore.

  1. 01Specify galvanised frames, PPGI skins and sealed stainless fixings for salt air and humidity.
  2. 02Raise the plinth and slope the roof well; many sites flood briefly in intense monsoon spells.
  3. 03Seal every joint and roof penetration, and plan gutters and downpipes that discharge away from the foundation.
  4. 04Plan urban deliveries around vehicle entry timings and crane access, and avoid peak monsoon weeks for lifts where possible.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can you deliver a porta cabin to a site inside Mumbai?

Yes, with planning. Heavy vehicles have entry timings and route restrictions, and many urban sites have limited crane space. We plan the vehicle, route, timing and lift with your site team before dispatch.

Do you build sales galleries and sample flats for Mumbai developers?

Yes. We build sales galleries on light gauge steel or modular frames with finished interiors, glazing and landscaping provisions. Our sales gallery guide explains how the timeline typically works.

Can you supply labour camps and site offices for metro and infrastructure projects?

Yes. We build site offices, labour accommodation, toilet blocks, canteens and security cabins to the standards your client specifies. Share the headcount and site plan and we will propose a layout.

Is it better to install before or after the monsoon?

Before, where possible. Foundations and drainage are easier to prepare in dry weather, and lifts are safer without high wind and rain. Installation can continue in the monsoon between spells, with more planning.

Do you have an office in Mumbai?

No. We are a single factory in GIDC Umbergaon, Gujarat, a road journey up the coast. Our team handles enquiries, site discussions and deliveries from there, and you are welcome to visit the factory.
