Building here is shaped by the monsoon. Rain arrives in June and falls heavily for months, sites along narrow coastal roads are hard to reach, and skilled labour is scarce. How do you deliver to plots on narrow Konkan roads?
By road down the Mumbai–Goa highway, then we plan around the access: smaller vehicles, more modules, or an LGS frame assembled on site. Share photos of the approach and we will suggest the practical option.
Do beach plots need special approvals?
Plots close to the shore may fall under Coastal Regulation Zone rules, and permanent structures need planning approval. Your architect or consultant should confirm. We provide drawings and specifications to support the application.
