Porta Cabins, Site Offices & E-Houses in Delhi
Delhi
Across Delhi, construction runs through every layer of the city: metro extensions and interchange stations, elevated roads and underpasses, redevelopment of old government and residential colonies, hospitals, data centres, hotels near Aerocity and the airport, and thousands of smaller refurbishments. The older industrial areas at Okhla, Mayapuri, Naraina, Wazirpur, Narela and Bawana add a steady flow of factory upgrades.
Each of those projects needs a site office from the first week, and many need more than that. Large contractors house labour on site or nearby, public projects need toilet blocks and guard cabins that meet inspection, and developers want a sales gallery or client office that looks the part. E-Houses and package substation enclosures carry new electrical capacity for buildings and plants.
Space is tight in Delhi, and time on site is expensive. Factory-built modules arrive finished and are set on a prepared base in a single lift. We plan the heavy-vehicle entry window, the route through the city and crane placement on congested streets with you, and we keep track of winter air-quality restrictions that can pause construction activity.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How do cabins reach Delhi from your factory?
By road from GIDC Umbergaon, north through Gujarat and Rajasthan on the NH48 corridor or the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. We then plan city entry within the permitted heavy-vehicle hours and the route to your site.
Can you lift a cabin into a tight city site?
Usually, yes. Share the site plan and photos of the approach. We size modules to suit the crane position and reach, and plan the lift for a time when the street can be managed.
What happens if pollution restrictions start during our project?
Severe air-quality stages can restrict construction work and some truck movements. Factory work is unaffected, so the module stays ready; we reschedule dispatch and installation to the next permitted window.
Do we need permission for a site office on a Delhi project?
On an approved construction site, the project's own permissions usually cover temporary structures. On public land or a roadside, the land-owning agency's consent is needed. We provide drawings and specifications to support the application.
