Portable Cabins & E-Houses in Hubballi-Dharwad

Hubballi–Dharwad is north Karnataka's commercial centre, with new industrial clusters taking shape around it. We build site offices, E-Houses, security cabins and labour camps for its plants and projects, and deliver them by road from Umbergaon.

Hubballi & Dharwad

The twin cities of Hubballi and Dharwad have long been north Karnataka's trading, railway and education hub. Their industry is spread across KIADB and older estates — Tarihal, Gokul Road, Rayapur, Sattur and Lakamanahalli — with larger new areas at Belur, Kotur and Mummigatti on the Dharwad side. The state has designated Mummigatti for an FMCG manufacturing cluster and Kotur–Belur for electronics, and engineering, machine tools and food processing already have a foothold.

New clusters mean construction: plant buildings, utilities and roads, each bringing contractors who need site offices, toilet blocks, labour accommodation and security cabins. As plants come on line they add E-Houses, operator cabins and quality rooms. The cities themselves are growing too, with bus rapid transit, road upgrades and housing projects.

Hubballi–Dharwad lies directly on the Mumbai–Pune–Bengaluru highway, which makes it one of the more straightforward Karnataka destinations from our factory in Umbergaon. We still plan vehicle size, timing and the lift at your site, and allow for the monsoon on open black-soil plots.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you deliver portable cabins to Hubballi and Dharwad?

Yes. Hubballi–Dharwad lies on the Mumbai–Pune–Bengaluru highway, and we deliver by road from our factory in Umbergaon. Larger modules may need route planning, which we work out with you during design.

Can you supply structures for a new plant in the Mummigatti or Belur areas?

Yes. We supply site offices, labour accommodation, toilet blocks and security cabins for the construction phase, and E-Houses, operator cabins and quality rooms for the finished plant.

What foundation does a portable cabin need on black-cotton soil?

Black-cotton soil swells and shrinks with moisture, so most cabins sit on raised plinths, piers or a prepared base designed by your engineer. Our foundation guide explains the typical options.

What approvals do we need for temporary site structures?

Temporary site structures are usually covered by the project's own permissions and the KIADB's rules for plots in its areas. Your compliance team is the right first check. We provide drawings and specifications to support approvals.
