The Itanagar Capital Region — Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Banderdewa — is where Arunachal's government, institutions and much of its housing are built. The Donyi Polo airport at Hollongi, opened in 2022, and the railway at Naharlagun connect it to the rest of the country, and the state industrial estate is at Hollongi. Many hydro, highway and public project teams are based here even when their sites are elsewhere in the state.
Those projects need structures that can be moved into remote valleys: site offices, labour camps, stores, toilet blocks, and E-Houses and substation enclosures for power. For the capital itself, premium site offices and institutional buildings are common.
From Umbergaon, structures travel by road across northern India, through the Siliguri corridor, and along the north bank of the Brahmaputra to Banderdewa. Arunachal applies the Inner Line Permit system to visitors from outside the state, including drivers and installation crews. Hill roads limit vehicle size, so flat-packed panel and light gauge steel systems assembled on site are often the practical choice.

Do you deliver structures to Itanagar?
Yes. Structures travel by road through the Siliguri corridor and along the north bank of the Brahmaputra. Route, vehicle size, permits and timing are agreed with you before fabrication.
Is an Inner Line Permit needed?
Yes. Arunachal Pradesh applies the Inner Line Permit system to visitors from outside the state, including drivers and installation crews. We build the permit process into the delivery plan.
Can you supply camps and E-Houses for hydro projects further into the state?
Yes. We plan each site separately, and remote valley sites often suit flat-packed panels and light gauge steel frames assembled on site. E-Houses are built around your panel layout, with lifting points and sizes chosen for the route.
When is the best time to deliver to Itanagar?
The drier months from roughly October to April are best. Heavy monsoon rain brings landslides, so we plan dispatch around your programme and the season.
