Classrooms & clinics — prefabricated rooms for learning and care

Schools and health services often need rooms faster than a building can be built. Prefabricated classrooms and clinics arrive finished, bright and ventilated, and can be placed where they are needed.

Overview

A school whose enrolment has outgrown its building, a company that needs a clinic at a remote plant, an NGO setting up a health post in a village, a campus that needs extra rooms during renovation — each needs a room that is safe, comfortable and ready soon.

We build classrooms and clinics from Aerocon and PUF panels on steel frames. Aerocon's cement-based panels are fire resistant and feel solid and quiet, which suits classrooms. PUF panels have smooth, washable faces that suit clinics and testing booths. Rooms are planned with generous windows for daylight, cross-ventilation, fan and light points, and the finishes each use requires.

Units can be single rooms or joined into blocks with a corridor, staff room and washrooms. They can be relocated when a permanent building is ready, or kept in service for years. Everything is built at our factory in Umbergaon, Gujarat, and delivered across India by road.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Are prefabricated classrooms safe for children?

Aerocon panels are cement-based and fire resistant, and the rooms are built on a steel frame. We plan exits, window positions and electrical layouts with safety in mind, and you should specify any requirements your education authority sets.

Will a prefab classroom be too hot?

Insulated walls and roofs, good cross-ventilation and fans keep rooms comfortable. Roof insulation matters most in hot climates.

Can a clinic cabin include a washroom?

Yes. Clinics can include an attached washroom, a wash basin in the consultation room, and plumbing ready for connection on site.

Can the rooms be relocated later?

Yes. Cabin and container units lift and move as whole units, and panel-built blocks can be dismantled and re-erected at a new location.
