Portable Cabins, Site Offices & E-Houses in Bihar

Bihar is in the middle of a building programme — Ganga bridges, highways, a metro in Patna and new industrial land at Bihta and Gaya. We build site offices, labour camps, toilet cabins and E-Houses for it, and deliver by road from Umbergaon.

Bihar

Bihar's economy has long rested on agriculture, but its infrastructure is changing quickly. New bridges now cross the Ganga at Aunta–Simaria and are under way elsewhere, national highways are being widened, and Patna is building its metro. BIADA runs industrial areas across the state, with its largest land at Bihta and Hajipur near Patna, the refinery and fertiliser belt at Barauni, and a new integrated manufacturing cluster at Dobhi in Gaya district on the Amritsar–Kolkata Industrial Corridor. Thermal power stations at Barh, Kahalgaon and Nabinagar add a steady flow of plant work.

Every one of those projects needs site offices, security cabins, toilet blocks and labour accommodation, often in large numbers and for long durations. Plants and power stations add operator cabins, control rooms and E-Houses. Bodh Gaya, Rajgir and Nalanda bring hospitality and visitor facilities into the mix.

Structures reach Bihar by road from our factory in Umbergaon, through Madhya Pradesh and eastern Uttar Pradesh. North Bihar is reached across the Ganga bridges, and its rivers flood in the monsoon, so we plan route, timing and site access with you before dispatch.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you deliver portable cabins and site offices to Bihar?

Yes. We build at our factory in GIDC Umbergaon and deliver by road through Madhya Pradesh and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Any site with truck and crane access can be served; share the location early so we can plan the route and the river crossings.

Can you supply a large labour camp for a bridge or highway project in Bihar?

Yes. We supply bunk houses, kitchens, dining halls, toilet and washroom blocks and site offices as a planned camp, built from container or PUF panel cabins. Tell us the headcount, facilities and layout and we will plan fabrication and delivery in batches.

What should we plan for floods and the monsoon?

Much of north Bihar floods between July and September. Raise plinths well above expected water levels, slope roofs and seal joints, and keep foundations and delivery out of the peak flood weeks where possible. Your engineer should confirm the local flood level for the site.

Are approvals needed for temporary structures on a Bihar project site?

Temporary site structures are usually covered by the project's own permissions; inside a BIADA industrial area, the authority's rules also apply. Permanent buildings need planning approval like any construction. We provide drawings and specifications to support the application.
