Portable Cabins, Site Offices & Guest Cottages in Gaya

Gaya combines a new industrial cluster on the Amritsar–Kolkata corridor with Bodh Gaya, one of the world's great pilgrimage sites. We build site offices, labour camps, E-Houses and guest cottages for both, delivered by road from Umbergaon.

Gaya & Bodh Gaya

Gaya district is home to Bodh Gaya, where the Mahabodhi Temple draws pilgrims from across Asia, and to Gaya's own temples and the Pitripaksha gatherings. Monasteries, hotels and guest houses have grown around both, and the city has an international airport. Industry is now arriving too. An integrated manufacturing cluster is being developed at Dobhi, south of the city on the Grand Trunk Road corridor, as part of the Amritsar–Kolkata Industrial Corridor, alongside BIADA's existing industrial area at Gaya.

New industrial land needs site offices, security cabins, toilet blocks and labour camps for the contractors who build it, and then E-Houses and control rooms for the plants. Bodh Gaya's hospitality sector needs guest rooms, cafés and meditation or visitor spaces that can be built quickly and quietly.

Gaya is reached from Umbergaon by road through Madhya Pradesh and eastern Uttar Pradesh, then on the Grand Trunk Road corridor. The winter pilgrim season brings heavy traffic, so we plan vehicle, timing and site access with you before dispatch.

Yes. We deliver by road from our factory in Umbergaon, through eastern Uttar Pradesh and on the Grand Trunk Road corridor. We plan the route and the lift with you.

Can you supply site setups for construction at the Gaya industrial cluster?

Yes. We supply site offices, security cabins, stores, toilet blocks and bunk houses as a planned site setup, and E-Houses and control rooms once plants are ready for them.

Can you build guest rooms or a café for a hotel or monastery in Bodh Gaya?

Yes. We build guest rooms, cafés and visitor spaces on light gauge steel frames or from container modules, with interiors finished in the factory and a quiet, short installation on site.
