Portable Cabins & E-Houses in Kakinada
Kakinada
Kakinada has two ports — the old anchorage port close to the city and the deep-water port sheltered by the Godavari sand spit — and a special economic zone to the north. It sits at the centre of the Krishna–Godavari basin, so offshore gas, onshore processing, fertiliser plants and power stations have shaped its industry for decades. Rice mills, aquaculture processing and edible oil refineries add to the base.
Energy and port projects here need robust structures: E-Houses and control rooms for gas and power installations, operator cabins for cranes, site offices and labour camps for construction, and containers for storage and port offices. Many sites are close to the shore and must be built for salt air and storms.
Kakinada is reached from Umbergaon by road through Hyderabad and Vijayawada, then north along NH16 towards Rajamahendravaram. The Godavari delta is low, humid and cyclone-prone, so we specify for corrosion, anchorage and waterlogging on every job.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you deliver to Kakinada?
Yes, by road from our factory in Umbergaon through Hyderabad and Vijayawada, then along NH16. We plan vehicle size, route and the lift at your site before dispatch.
Can you build E-Houses for gas and fertiliser installations?
Yes. We build E-Houses and control rooms around your equipment, with ventilation or HVAC provisions, cable entries and corrosion protection. Hazardous-area requirements must be specified by your project; we engineer the enclosure to suit.
How do you plan around cyclones in the Godavari delta?
We anchor structures, strengthen fixings and raise plinths, and your structural engineer should confirm wind loads. Installation is best scheduled outside October to December, with factory work running in parallel.
Are approvals needed for temporary cabins in the port or SEZ?
Ports and SEZs set their own rules for temporary structures, and coastal plots may fall under Coastal Regulation Zone rules. Your compliance team should confirm. We provide drawings and specifications to support any approval.
