Portable Cabins, Site Offices & E-Houses in Gorakhpur
Gorakhpur & GIDA
The Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority (GIDA) was set up to industrialise eastern Uttar Pradesh, and its estates around Sahjanwa now hold food-processing, packaging, beverage and building-material units. A plastic park has been developed along the Gorakhpur Link Expressway, a large industrial township is being planned at Dhuriyapar in the south of the district, and a revived fertiliser plant has restored heavy industry to the city.
New estates mean new plants, and new plants mean site offices, security cabins, toilet blocks and labour accommodation for the contractors who build them, followed by E-Houses, control rooms and operator cabins once production begins. Hospitals, colleges and road projects add steady public construction.
Gorakhpur is reached from Umbergaon by road through Madhya Pradesh and central Uttar Pradesh, then east on the expressways. The Terai edge sees heavy monsoon rain and flooding on the Rapti and Ghaghara, so we plan route, timing and site access with you before dispatch.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you deliver portable cabins to Gorakhpur and GIDA?
Yes. We deliver by road from our factory in Umbergaon, through Madhya Pradesh and central Uttar Pradesh. Share the plot location and access early, and we will plan the route and the lift.
Can you supply site offices and labour camps for a new plant in GIDA?
Yes. We supply site offices, security cabins, toilet blocks, stores and bunk houses as a planned setup for the construction phase, and E-Houses and control rooms once the plant is ready for them.
How should we plan for flooding?
Low-lying parts of the district flood in heavy monsoons. Raise the plinth, keep services off the floor and schedule installation outside the peak flood weeks. Your engineer should confirm the flood level for the plot.
What approvals are needed for a temporary cabin in GIDA?
Inside GIDA's estates, the authority's rules and your plant's own safety team usually govern temporary structures. We provide drawings and specifications to support any approval.
